CANCELLATIONS: In the event that you must cancel your reservation, we will refund your deposit  minus a 20% service charge 12 weeks prior to the arrival date.  
PAYMENTS:  Cash, Travelers checks, and  personal checks
BALANCE DUE UPON ARRIVAL.
